HOW WE NAME OUR CLIENT PROJECTS

If you’re connected with us on Instagram (which we hope you are), you may have seen our project names trickle in our Stories. This topic is one that is near and dear to our hearts, and one that had us thinking and talking a lot! But first, let’s clear something up. If you don’t already know, our names are not Clark + Aldine. These happen to be the two streets we lived on when when we met each other in Chicago. While these two streets don’t technically intersect they happen to be our crossroads, giving real meaning to who we are.

So, it only seemed right to create project names based off our client’s meaningful crossroads. Not only has this become a fun way to keep track of the projects we are working on, it allows us to connect with our clients on another fun and personal level. We get to learn about their history, where they come from and how those memories reflect in their home and style.
