RESET BRAIN + BODY PROJECT

We are beyond excited to bring you our very first commercial project, and one that truly makes you feel the comfort of your own home. This one seems so fitting as the owners of Reset Brain + Body are also the owners of Auburn + Dayton, our very first project EVER!!!

The overall goal of this project was to create a calming retreat for clients to not only feel relaxed but have the ability to open and reset both their brain and their body!

We started working on this space well before COVID hit the states, and as the pandemic quickly spread throughout the US our overall space planning and development of this project changed as well. We developed a waiting area which allows for social distancing while still creating a comfortable environment.

Throughout the space live greenery and natural wood tones were used to provide a warm feeling.

The reception desk is customized with our “slat design” to add extra depth.

From there we layed in textiles, keeping the Reset Brain + Body brand identity in mind throughout every element of design.

Having an open kitchenette created a challenge to the overall design of the space. As we worked through design plans and layout we landed on keeping the kitchenette open as we found this to be an added bonus to the already welcoming reception area.

All existing cabinets were replaced with navy blue cabinets to keep on brand. We built a custom floating shelf with a simple white subway tile backsplash.

Adjacent to the kitchenette we turned a utility closet into a coffee/water/tea/hot chocolate station! Over here we carried the same tile and added an additional floating shelf.

This custom ADA bathroom was created to feel comfortable and spacious for all guests. We used faux grasscloth wallpaper to elevate the room with texture and warmth. The wooded mirror paired with the black sconces help give the bathroom an overall well rounded feel.

Offices

As we moved into each office space we looked to create a cohesive vibe between the rooms while still allowing each individual space to have it’s own personality. We wanted clients to feel comfortable and be able to experience the offices.
